We offer Royal Mail Second Class, First Class, First Class Tracked with Signature and International shipping options. We recommend choosing Royal Mail First Class Tracked, as the package is then tracked and signed for and if your order is lost in the post, we can send you a new one.
Using First and Second Class options, we can provide proof of postage but cannot offer compensation if your order is lost.
International deliveries are trackable and must be signed for on receipt. In some countries, international deliveries my incur customs charges and duties, these are the responsibility of the recipient. Please check with your local customs office for an estimate of these charges.
If you change your mind, you can return an item within 14 days of receiving it. Please contact us using the contact form on our website and we will advise you on how to make your return. Items must be in their original unworn and unused condition.
We cannot refund postage costs for unwanted items. If your item is faulty, please email us the proof of postage and we will refund the cost. Due to hygiene reasons earrings and piercing items are non-refundable.
