The Sayagata is an ancient pattern of interlocking Manji commonly found printed on kimonos and tiled floors across Tokyo and Japan. The Manji (svastika) is one of the oldest known symbols in the world and has been dated back to 1000 BC. It has been used by many cultures throughout the world to represent life, sun, power, strength and good luck.
